Where is the download link for the design that I bought?
The link to download all files is sent by email together with your order confirmation. After placing the order and the payment was approved, you will receive by email order confirmation with the purchase details plus the link to download the vector files. Please make sure to insert your email address correctly before placing the order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation after making the payment, check your spam folder, as it may be caught in there. If not, please contact us sending your order number.
What kind of files will I receive?
The files available depends on the design itself but it can be vector files: AI, EPS and PDF or PSD and PNG. Please do not use a mobile or tablet device to download the files, since these devices do not typically have the capability to open the delivered files. To open the files format listed, a software that is able to open vector files is needed.
Are the designs exclusive / pre-made (exclusive rights)?
All designs made by L30Artwork tagged “Exclusive“ are sold only once, giving to the customer the opportunity to have unique artwork. After buying the design, it will be automatically removed from our online shop ensuring that the design bought would not be sold multiple times.
Do I have full rights on the design?
You have 100% rights on the designs acquired under the “Exclusive” and “Custom” categories. The categorie “Bundle” can be sold multiple times.
How can I use the designs?
The designs can be printed in any physical product like apparel in general, posters, albums, hats, etc… Also, you are able to use it digitally.
Can I modify the designs?
Once you receive the design and download it, you can use it the way you desire. You have the possibility to combine different designs and change its structure.
Can I have my own logo on my artwork?
Our artworks are sent in different formats (AI, PDF, EPS, PSD and PNG) depending on the design. It contains multiple layers, where you can easily insert your own logo. You also have the option to request adding the logo without any extra fee.
Can I have a PNG file?
If the design you purchase doesn’t have the PNG file available, you the possibility to export it as png file containing a transparent background.
